It isn't an artbook, it's individual sheets of stationery; letter paper. It's why it's so easy to scan as it lays flat on the scanner without a spine getting in the way... but it's also more expensive as you pay for each sheet instead of a whole book.

Hey there! About Eureka 7, its similar to Evangelion in that theres kids piloting mechs dealing with emotional problems but as far as the story goes its very unique, I really really enjoyed it.

That's not a manga, that's the publisher... and I wouldn't know if any of Tooko Miyagi's works are avaiable in english-speaking countries yet, but frankly, I doubt it.
